As a Center of Excellence (COE), this role leads a team of project and outage schedulers dedicated to delivering critical services to the Projects/Outage ITR teams. The team is responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving the enterprise-level scheduling architecture across the Americas. The mission is to own the integrated, capacity-constrained outage master schedule for Steam Turbine and Generator outages, ensuring alignment with customer commitments and segment-specific regulatory expectations for fossil, industrial, and nuclear operations.
This position serves as the single source of truth for outage scheduling, bridging the gap between event management, engineering, repairs, field services, logistics, and parts supply. You will translate complex schedule data into actionable business insights within the Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) framework, enabling leadership to make informed decisions under uncertainty.
The day-to-day involves balancing load against demonstrated capacity for field crews, repairs, and critical shared resources across the Americas network. You will embed risk and probabilistic thinking into scheduling, enforce strict schedule discipline through time fences and change governance, and lead recovery planning for concurrent outages. By integrating with Field Service and Event Management tools, you will define the logic for repairs and critical path drivers, ensuring that standard playbooks reflect the nuances of nuclear outage windows, fossil dispatch patterns, and industrial maintenance cycles.
Candidates applying to this U.S.-based position must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Offers are conditioned upon the successful completion of a drug screen. This is a remote position with the expectation of working across Americas time zones.
