Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products. Our mission is to create engaged, lifelong relationships and put our customers at the heart of everything we do. We also help small businesses, nonprofits, and cities grow by delivering solutions to solve all their financial needs.
The Cross Card Capabilities team operates at the intersection of strategy and execution. We bring structure to complexity, ensuring that foundational platform capabilities reach every corner of Chase's credit card business. From flagship branded cards like Sapphire and Freedom to small business cards, ultra-high net-worth offerings, and some of the largest co-brand portfolios in the industry, our work drives the infrastructure that powers the entire ecosystem.
This is not a single-product role. As a Product Manager on this team, you will operate across business lines, customer segments, and wealth tiers to drive the adoption and alignment of transformational customer experiences and platforms. You will serve as the connective tissue between platform teams and business line stakeholders, translating complex platform capabilities into clear value propositions for each segment.
Your day-to-day involves championing a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging data-driven insights to refine platform capabilities and optimize customer outcomes. You will anticipate market trends, proactively identify opportunities, and navigate the distinct needs of diverse customer segments—from mass market and small business owners to co-brand partners and private bank clients. Your ability to shape the future of Chase's card platforms and drive sustained business growth will be critical to the team's success.
