The Assistant Community Manager serves as an onsite leader, responsible for overseeing the everyday operations and financial functions of the housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager. In the absence of the Community Manager, you will manage all phases of operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial administration, and risk management.
You will play a vital role in optimizing the property's cash flow and financial position through the delinquency and collection of rent. As an onsite leader, you will supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with company policies, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns. This role requires regular onsite attendance and the ability to effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents while developing resident retention programs to ensure satisfaction.
At Asset Living, we thrive on unity, unique talents, and a universal culture of winning. We believe that when you join our team, you become part of a dynamic group that collaborates to achieve excellence in all that we do. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, fostering an environment where diversity drives innovation.
