We are seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, POM Technical Product Management, to join the BNY Portal Platform team. This role is located in New York, NY.
The BNY Portal Platform team manages common services across BNY, including reporting, access, and authentication. We are building the foundation for the AI client experience, operating in a new and evolving space where we bring structure to ambiguity and help teams build from the ground up.
As Vice President, POM Technical Product Management, you will define and evolve the product "North Star" for the AI client experience. Your work will consider the needs of multiple business lines, the competitive landscape, and emerging technology trends.
You will partner cross-functionally across product, design, engineering, and business teams to enhance the AI experience, align priorities, and drive delivery against shared goals. This role requires a highly collaborative approach to solving complex product challenges and building strong relationships across stakeholders.
In this position, you will lead product development across multiple pods, helping product owners prioritize backlogs and intake items from partner teams. You will also lead product roll-outs, coordinating timing with broader platform and key partner releases. A key part of your mission is maintaining and continually improving products to ensure target adoption and results that align with our strategic OKRs.
