About the Role

As a Manager in Application Design and Development, you will be a problem solver comfortable swimming across lanes of the technology stack. This role is designed for those who thrive in a flexible environment and want to apply their expertise to guide others and recommend quality solutions. You will lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with a strong focus on quality and risk management.

In this position, you will engage regularly with external clients, participating in working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure. You will translate business requirements into technical design, develop prototypes quickly, and teach clients how to build and deliver commercial software at scale. While you will focus on developing user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablets, you will also solve sophisticated data and analytics problems at scale and apply machine learning to real-world business challenges.
