Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleDevelop and implement comprehensive national sales strategies aligned with company growth targets
  • check_circleLead revenue forecasting, market analysis, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning
  • check_circleBuild, lead, and mentor high-performing global sales teams across multiple regions
  • check_circleDrive profitable revenue growth through direct and indirect sales channels including OEMs and distributors
  • check_circleStrengthen relationships with key strategic accounts in HVAC, IAQ, and commercial building systems
  • check_circleOversee regional sales performance across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM markets
  • check_circleOptimize sales processes, tools, and CRM platforms to improve pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy
  • check_circleCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Product Management to align go-to-market plans

Requirements

  • verifiedBachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
  • verifiedMBA preferred
  • verifiedMinimum 10-15 years of progressive sales leadership experience
  • verifiedExperience in global manufacturing or HVAC/IAQ company
  • verifiedExperience with CRM systems, sales automation tools, ERP integration, and data analytics platforms
