Our mission drives every initiative, from policy influence to supporting providers nationwide.
This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow Argentum's revenue strategy at a critical inflection point for the senior living industry. This involves leading efforts across advocacy fundraising, PAC support, membership recruitment, and new non-dues revenue opportunities. You will oversee key fundraising efforts, including the Advocacy Fund and Silver PAC, while identifying and growing innovative programmatic and partnership opportunities.
A significant portion of your time will be spent cultivating relationships with corporate partners, foundations, and major donors, developing strategies for major gifts, and expanding engagement with the Board. You will also lead the fundraising strategy for a new workforce development initiative focused on training and career advancement. As a trusted advisor to the CEO, you will ensure revenue efforts align seamlessly with policy, communications, events, and strategic priorities.
