About the Role
The Branch Customer Service Representative is the face of our branch, greeting customers and providing peace of mind by servicing their needs. You will be challenged to drive new business with competitive products and help retain our 14+ million members. This role is designed to be the start of a long-term career with opportunities to grow into other ACG roles, such as Field Insurance Sales Agent, Travel Agent, or positions in Call Centers, Claims, and Underwriting.
In this position, you will promote ACG products and services, generate leads, and participate in office events to help generate revenue by improving member awareness. As the primary point of contact, you will ensure members receive timely solutions and professional service, whether in person or on the phone.

- check_circleRespond to customer inquiries and refer issues to senior staff or agents when appropriate
Requirements
