As a member of the executive management team, the Vice President of Development and New Business Initiatives will provide strategic leadership to guide the agency's future. This role is critical for continuously scanning the rapidly evolving competitive environment to identify opportunities and cultivate productive external relationships. The VP will partner with the Executive Management Team and the Board of Directors to develop and implement the organizational strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the agency's mission.
In this capacity, you will drive the development of new programmatic initiatives and lead the strategic direction of the agency's services. You will serve as a public representative for TCCOH, building excitement for our mission among community, governmental, and private constituencies. The role requires a blend of entrepreneurial vision and operational excellence, balancing complex grant proposals with the need to innovate service models and secure funding from federal, state, and local sources.
