The Vice President of Marketing & Communications serves as the senior marketing leader for Stonebridge, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy across a diverse hotel portfolio. This role balances strategic leadership and execution, driving performance while advancing brand positioning, communications, and business development initiatives.
You will lead an in-house agency model, designing service offerings and workflows that balance property-level customization with scalable execution. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will represent marketing in owner meetings and asset reviews, communicating strategy and value creation effectively. The position requires a collaborative approach within a cross-functional environment, managing multiple priorities while occasionally traveling for property visits and owner meetings.

Experience in hospitality, preferably multi-property or portfolio-level. Experience with resort, destination, lifestyle, or independent hotel marketing. Familiarity with major hotel brands (e.g., Marriott, Hilton) and brand standards.
