About the Role

As a Marketing & Business Development Intern, you will support prospect engagement, lead generation, and business development activities at the intersection of marketing, sales development, CRM strategy, and audience engagement. This role is designed for students or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience with platforms like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.

You will learn how marketing automation, audience segmentation, buyer personas, and engagement analytics contribute to business growth. The position offers exposure to modern business development strategies, consultative selling practices, and integrated marketing tactics within a collaborative agency environment. You will shadow business development calls, learn consultative questioning techniques, and apply audience persona strategies to real-world campaigns.

Requirements
