As the Vice President of Capture Management, you will serve as a visionary leader driving SAIC's long-term growth and market leadership. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing winning strategies for our most strategic, high-value government opportunities. You will spearhead the full lifecycle of capture for enterprise-scale pursuits, ensuring SAIC remains the partner of choice in competitive landscapes.
In this position, you will direct cross-functional teams of senior stakeholders, including proposal managers, solution architects, and pricing strategists, to deliver measurable growth outcomes. Your day-to-day involves cultivating influential relationships with government leaders at the executive level to shape requirements and anticipate procurement trends. By leveraging detailed market intelligence and SAIC's proven methodologies, you will design enterprise-level win strategies that maximize probability of success in complex, single-award pursuits valued at $750M+ annually.

Proven track record of capturing and winning single-award, enterprise-level, full-and-open competitive contracts. Experience winning new business with government customers through commercial acquisition models. Expertise in leveraging digital tools, data analytics, and CRM systems for capture management. Professional certifications such as PMP, APMP, or equivalent.
