About the Team
The Execution Services Platform is the backbone of our technology infrastructure, responsible for the development and support of over 150 critical applications. These systems power essential functions across the broker-dealer and agency models, including Order Management, Execution, Pricing, Risk, and PnL platforms. The team drives technology management and application development for diverse business units, spanning Foreign Exchange (FX), Buy Side Trading, Regulator Reporting, Markets Insight, and Fixed Income & Equities.
About the Role
As a Business Analyst, SVP, you will serve as a strategic partner bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. In this capacity, you will manage a small team while overseeing project and vendor management for a significant book of work. Your day-to-day involves coordinating with Engineering, Product, Business, and Operations teams to deliver Front Office projects for both buy-side and sell-side clients.
You will leverage your deep analytical mindset to translate complex trading requirements into detailed documentation. From managing client expectations to coordinating implementations of Order Management Systems (OMS) and migrations, you will ensure seamless end-to-end trade workflows. Your expertise will be critical in navigating venues such as TradeWeb, MarketAxess, and Bloomberg, ensuring our platforms meet the rigorous demands of the finance industry.
