About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead enterprise-wide programs within our banking division. This role is designed for a professional who can effectively balance business and technology needs while driving Agile execution in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as a bridge between technology and business stakeholders, ensuring that complex programs are delivered successfully within a maturing PDLC framework.
In this position, you will manage cross-functional teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and maintain project knowledge repositories. Your focus will be on identifying risks, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring that project scope and standards are met through regular audits and strategic reporting aligned with enterprise portfolios.

Requirements
- verified5+ years of Program/Project Management experience
- verifiedStrong Agile/Scrum expertise

Nice to Have
Experience in Wealth Management / Banking Technology. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
