Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDesign, build, and maintain enterprise data infrastructure including databases and data warehouses

- check_circleEnsure data is stored securely, efficiently, and remains accessible for analysis and reporting
- check_circleImplement data validation and quality control processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- check_circleOptimize data pipelines and infrastructure for speed, scalability, and overall performance
- check_circleCollaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineering teams to support operational requirements
- check_circleTroubleshoot data infrastructure issues and perform ongoing system monitoring and maintenance
- check_circleSupport configuration control, documentation, and change impact analysis for enterprise data architecture
- check_circleIdentify and manage Authoritative Sources of Truth databases and associated integrations
- check_circleSupport data replication and transformation activities within cloud environments using Power BI
- check_circleDevelop and document data models and process flows supporting current-state business operations
- check_circleTranslate complex data into meaningful recommendations and actionable business insights
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Data Management, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- verifiedMinimum 6 years of relevant experience
- verifiedProficiency with Power BI, SQL, Oracle, AWS / AWS Redshift, SSAS, Visual Basic, MS Excel, MATLAB / Simulink, Mathcad, MagicDraw, Midas, Alation, Dataiku
- verifiedFamiliarity with Atlassian Jira and/or ServiceNow
- verifiedWorking knowledge of technical standards, architectures, methodologies, and enterprise data concepts
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, Applied Sciences, Management Information Systems, or related discipline. 10+ years of relevant experience. Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies. Experience supporting engineering organizations or development teams. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and associated reporting metrics. 1+ years of Scrum or Agile management experience. Knowledge of technical systems and requirements related to combat vehicles.
