About the Role
We are seeking a courteous and efficient Veterinary Practice Manager to coordinate and manage all office administration procedures. This role is vital to keeping our practice operating smoothly and ensuring our team can focus on patient care.
In this position, you will serve as the bridge between our veterinary staff and our clients. You will be responsible for ordering, inventory management, coordinating schedules, and resolving conflicts among office staff. A key part of your day will involve answering pet owners' questions regarding clinic policies, appointment availabilities, and treatment costs with patience and professionalism.
You will thrive in this environment if you are detail-oriented, adept at multitasking, and possess exceptional management and customer service skills.
