About the Role

The Veterinary Technician is a vital member of our veterinary team, pivotal in delivering exceptional veterinary care to animals. This position involves supporting veterinarians to ensure the highest standards of veterinary medicine, educating clients, and delivering compassionate patient care. You will act as an advocate for the overall success and performance of the hospital, contributing to the day-to-day flow and efficiency of the facility.

In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment where you must remain calm and resilient. You will collaborate with the veterinary team to optimize operations, ensuring professional and efficient service for every client. Your work will directly impact the health of our patients and the satisfaction of the families we serve.

  • check_circleAssist veterinarians in animal examination, treatment, and monitoring
  • check_circleAdminister medications, vaccines, and prescribed treatments to patients
  • check_circleMonitor vital signs and perform diagnostic tests on animals
  • check_circlePrepare and analyze laboratory samples such as blood, urine, and feces
  • check_circlePrepare surgical suites and assist veterinarians during surgical procedures
  • check_circleEducate clients on animal care, nutrition, and disease prevention
  • check_circleMaintain accurate medical charting and patient records
  • check_circleManage hospital supplies, including inventory tracking and restocking
  • check_circlePerform reception duties such as triaging calls and scheduling appointments
