The Veterinary Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting veterinarians and veterinary technicians, ensuring the well-being of pets, educating clients, and maintaining the highest standards of veterinary care. You will be an advocate for the overall success of the hospital, contributing to day-to-day efficiency and smooth operations.
In this role, you will work in a fast-paced hospital environment, adapting to the unique needs of individual clients and their pets. You will serve as a bridge between the medical team and pet owners, providing professional service and educating clients on wellness plans and pet care. The position requires remaining calm and resilient while managing constant interruptions and emotional situations with empathy and compassion.
