Our team consists of two DVMs and a tight-knit group of highly skilled, long-tenured technical staff. We are known for our collaborative approach, where the Medical Lead serves as an amazing teacher, ensuring that no clinician feels isolated in making complex clinical decisions. We offer seamless access to internal specialty consultations and advanced diagnostic support, allowing our veterinarians to focus purely on patient welfare and comprehensive medical management.
This role exists to deliver the best of small-animal general practice, ranging from surgery, dentistry, and preventative medicine to internal medicine, dermatology, and urgent care. You will join a busy, high-paced practice that sees a significant volume of cases, including a small percentage of exotics. The position is ideal for a DVM with at least two years of experience who is eager to build lasting relationships with clients and their pets while practicing medicine at the highest standard.
In this role, you will lead patient care from diagnosis to treatment, empowered with the freedom to uphold our rigorous standards. Your day-to-day will involve connecting with clients to become their trusted partner in a pet's lifelong health, clearly communicating findings to empower informed decisions, and collaborating with a supportive paraprofessional team.
