About the Role
We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to serve as the 'face' of our veterinary practice. The ideal candidate will bring a cheerful disposition and excellent communication skills to ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will act as the first point of contact, coordinating all front desk activities including calls, scheduling, payments, email, scanning, client education, and reservations.
This role requires a dynamic professional attitude combined with a solid customer service approach. You will be responsible for leading the team in providing professional and friendly service to our customers while effectively multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
