About the Role
As a Veterinary Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our medical services and ensuring positive experiences for both pets and their owners. You will work closely with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to support daily medical operations, patient care, and recovery monitoring. This is a hands-on position where you will help maintain patient comfort and safety, prepare exam rooms, and assist with basic laboratory tasks under supervision.
Beyond clinical duties, you will be the friendly face of our clinic, interacting regularly with clients to provide professional support and reinforce post-visit care instructions. Your ability to communicate clearly and compassionately will help pet owners feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit. Success in this role requires a calm, professional demeanor and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic clinical environment.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Previous experience working with animals in a veterinary clinic, animal shelter, kennel, grooming facility, or similar setting. Basic understanding of animal behavior and handling techniques. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills.
