AO Globe Life is hiring experienced professionals to support veterans and their families through scheduled virtual consultations. This is a fully remote opportunity where your work directly impacts people who have served, offering flexibility, structure, and long-term income potential. Unlike traditional sales roles, there is no cold calling or chasing leads; every conversation is with someone who has already requested help.
For over 70 years, AO Globe Life has partnered with unions, credit unions, and veteran organizations to provide supplemental benefits to working families nationwide. Our remote-first model allows us to serve clients efficiently while giving our team flexibility, stability, and real career growth.
In this role, you will meet with veterans and their families via scheduled Zoom consultations to assess needs and explain benefit options clearly and respectfully. You will guide clients through enrollment step-by-step, provide ongoing policy support and follow-ups, and maintain accurate digital records. The position is designed for those who want to build long-term relationships rather than handle one-time transactions, offering a clear path into leadership based on performance.
