About the Role

This position serves as the Field Team Lead, providing functional direction to field staff and acting as the primary point of escalation for customer, vet, or store partner issues. You will be the driver of company vehicles to vaccination clinics and responsible for the overall performance and operational compliance of the day's events.

In this role, you will lead the clinic team, ensuring all processes are followed and paperwork is completed accurately. You will manage crowd control, handle difficult customer situations, and ensure the safe operation of the company vehicle and equipment. As a key liaison between the clinic team and leadership, you will determine optimal clinic locations, manage site issues, and facilitate a sales environment by leading targeted discussions. Your day involves coaching team members, assisting with medical record paperwork, and ensuring the clinic area is left clean and secure. You will also present reports to the Market Manager and manage the reconciliation of equipment and supplies at the end of each shift.
