About the Role
As a Grooming Salon Leader, you will lead salon operations and your team while delivering expert grooming services to our valued customers' pets. This role is designed for experienced groomers with proven technical expertise and leadership skills who are passionate about growing a team. Your passion for people and pets will ensure a positive experience for our partners and exceptional care for every animal, leaving them looking and feeling their best.
In this position, you will balance the art of expert grooming with the science of salon management. You will perform high-level grooming services—including bathing, drying, styling, and breed-specific cuts—while simultaneously overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing scheduling, and fostering a collaborative environment for your team. You will serve as a mentor to entry-level trainees and seasoned groomers alike, driving salon performance and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

Requirements
- verified2+ years professional groomer experience or technical grooming training program
