About the Role
As a Pet Stylist, you will be the heart of our grooming salon, providing professional grooming services to our valued customers' pets. This role is about more than just haircuts; it is about ensuring each pet receives exceptional care, leaving them looking and feeling their best while prioritizing their safety, comfort, and well-being.
In this position, you will showcase your expertise, creativity, and passion for animals in a dynamic environment. You will interact professionally with pet parents, offering optimal customer service, addressing inquiries, and providing custom recommendations for grooming maintenance and at-home care. You will also have the opportunity to grow your career through development paths such as Grooming Salon Leader, Grooming Mentor, or Grooming Instructor.
