About the Role
As a Pet Stylist, you will be the heart of our grooming salon, providing professional grooming services to our valued customers' pets. This role is about more than just a haircut; it is about ensuring each pet receives exceptional care, leaving them looking and feeling their best. You will showcase your grooming skills, creativity, and passion for animals in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Your day will involve performing expert-level grooming services, including bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts, styling, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and gland cleaning. You will prioritize the safety, comfort, and well-being of every animal in your care while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction to pet parents. You will interact professionally with pet parents, offering grooming recommendations and educating them on maintenance and at-home care practices. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to train and support entry-level trainees, fostering a culture of growth within the salon.
