About the Role
Hightop Hospitality is seeking a Venue Sales & Operations Manager to join our growing venue and catering division. This is an on-site, full-time, hands-on role responsible for all venue sales activity and day-to-day event execution at Green Acres Event Center, a historic barn wedding venue located in Eden Prairie, MN.
Our ideal candidate is a motivated and confident, hospitality-focused professional who thrives at the intersection of venue sales, operational execution, and client relationships. You will be accountable for the full event lifecycle and overall client experience, while consistently meeting venue booking goals. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys accountability, building client relationships, and being hands-on in delivering memorable events.
