This seasonal, part-time coaching position is dedicated to leading, training, and mentoring student-athletes in a specific sport. The role goes beyond strategy; it is about fostering teamwork, discipline, and personal growth while developing game plans tailored to opponents. You will create a positive, inclusive team culture that balances academics with athletics and addresses conflicts constructively.
As a coach, you will serve as a bridge between the school, families, and the community. Your day-to-day involves designing practices, coordinating schedules, and enforcing safety protocols to ensure the health and well-being of all student-athletes. You will model the attributes of the MPS Portrait of a Graduate, demonstrating a commitment to excellence both on and off the field.
