About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our Curriculum and Instruction team. In this role, you will develop and implement a curriculum program that aligns with District educational goals and objectives. Your primary mission is to create a classroom atmosphere that ensures the emotional and physical safety of students while emphasizing mutual respect, self-worth, and responsibility.
You will be the driving force behind daily lesson plans, assessing student needs and modifying instruction to meet the unique requirements of each child. From the classroom to the playground, you will monitor behavior and utilize positive reinforcement to maximize educational outcomes. This position involves collaborating with specialists and instructional teams to promote learning activities, while also maintaining open communication with parents regarding student progress and school activities.
