In this role, you will not only perform high-quality waxing services but also build a loyal book of business by delivering the ultimate guest experience and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
Your day will involve educating guests on our product line to enhance their overall results, while strictly maintaining brand standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all waxing suites. You will serve as a role model for expected behaviors and processes, contributing to a positive and professional work environment.
Work Environment
This position requires the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, communicating clearly with clients, co-workers, and management. You must be adaptable to frequent changes in activity as business needs dictate. The work is primarily performed indoors in a moderate, controlled temperature setting.
The role involves a mix of standing, walking, and sitting throughout the day, with the ability to maneuver between simultaneous functions. You must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally and engaging in continuous communication through talking and hearing.
