About the Role
We are welcoming newly licensed and seasoned therapists to join our family. In this role, you will be the face of our Retreat, educating guests confidently about our services and products while achieving sales targets. You will provide exceptional service by listening, communicating, and responding to guest needs with an upbeat tone and strong articulation.
You will promote the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy and skin therapy, developing and maintaining positive relationships with both team members and guests. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative team settings and is passionate about interacting with people to consistently deliver outstanding service.
