About the Role
As a Venue Experiences Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind the seamless execution of events, from the initial inquiry through to the final breakdown. This role is vital for creating exceptional guest experiences while supporting revenue growth through strategic venue rental sales and program coordination.
You will manage the entire lifecycle of events, including private rentals and public programs. Your day will involve collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to orchestrate complex logistics, from floorplans and staffing to guest flow and safety protocols. Whether you are resolving a last-minute guest concern, coordinating with educational partners for 21+ experiences, or updating our presence on external listing platforms, your attention to detail and proactive communication will ensure high-quality delivery.
This position is not just about logistics; it is about storytelling and community building. You will help curate innovative, mission-aligned experiences that drive attendance and foster a vibrant atmosphere at the Pacific Science Center.
