The Division of Vascular Surgery at Creighton University Medical Center CHI Health is part of the Heart & Vascular Institute, recognized as one of the nation's highest quality and award-winning heart programs. Our program operates within an integrated, multispecialty system, collaborating closely with every member of the cardiovascular medicine team to ensure the highest outcomes for every procedure. We are supported by a large, established referral base and a wide breadth of vascular surgical cases.
Our academic flagship, Creighton University Medical Center, is a Level I Trauma Center where resident activity with the Department of Surgery is highly engaging. The program is further augmented by extensive resources, including inpatient and outpatient cardiac rehabilitation. We utilize a Universal Care model with an entire hospital floor dedicated to cardiovascular care, featuring four operating room suites, including two hybrid suites, all staffed by Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiac Anesthesia professionals.

We are recruiting a Vascular Surgeon to join our established, high-volume group. In this role, you will work within a collaborative environment to advance vascular care while fulfilling the academic mission of the institution. You will be expected to educate Creighton University's surgical residents and medical students, conduct research in collaboration with scientists within Common Spirit and Creighton University School of Medicine, and maintain a track record of scholarly and educational activities at the level of Assistant to Associate Professor.
Reporting to the Chair of Surgery at Creighton University and CHI Health, you will utilize our electronic medical records system (EPIC) to deliver care in a setting committed to excellence and innovation.
