The Value Based Caregiver is an experienced caregiver who oversees up to 28 clients. This position is responsible for staffing Value Based clients, ensuring shifts are worked, and providing follow-up. Candidates must be willing to fill in for any shifts that are missed or not staffed. The role is split 50% office and 50% field, working directly with the Value Based RN to coordinate staffing based on RN assessment and client needs.
