About the Role
We are seeking Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our client care team as paraprofessional members. In this role, you will work under the scheduling supervision of a Client Care Coordinator and the clinical supervision of a Registered Nurse or Clinical Manager. Your primary mission is to provide selected personal care services and limited related household tasks as part of a client's physician-ordered plan of care.
You will be the compassionate presence in a client's home, supporting their daily life while ensuring their safety and well-being. From assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) like bathing, grooming, and mobility, to preparing meals and providing companionship, your work directly impacts the quality of life for those we serve. You will also play a vital role in monitoring client status, documenting shifts accurately, and maintaining strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
