About the Role
We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Attendants to provide non-medical support to clients in their homes and communities. This role is vital for enabling individuals, who may be facing advanced age or physical and mental disabilities, to maintain their independence and remain in their residences.
As a caregiver, you will be the backbone of your client's daily life, delivering services with a caring and respectful manner. Your day-to-day responsibilities will extend beyond basic assistance to include companionship, ensuring clients feel supported and valued. You will work in accordance with agency policies, industry standards, and state regulations to uphold the highest quality of care.

Hiring Process & Requirements
We are hiring immediately for all regions in San Diego, Palm Desert, and Greater Los Angeles. To be eligible for this role, candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess valid I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification documents.
Successful candidates will be required to complete the following during the onboarding process:
- Obtain clearance on the Home Care Aide Registry.
- Secure a current Tuberculosis (TB) certificate.
- Register with the state of California and obtain an active HCA number.
- Complete the "Criminal Record Statement" (LIC 508) and "Personnel Record" (LIC 501).
- Sign the "Statement Acknowledging Requirement to Report Suspected Abuse of Dependent Adults and Elders" (SOC 341A).
- Complete a minimum of five (5) hours of entry-level orientation training before working with clients.
