We will pay for your CNA certification while you are employed, allowing you to learn essential skills on the job and complete your training through our partnership with NWTC.
As a CNA Trainee or CNA, you will provide compassionate basic resident care under the direction of our nursing staff. Your day will involve supporting residents with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will be the eyes and ears of the care team, observing residents for changes in health or behavior, recording vital signs, and documenting observations to ensure timely medical attention when needed.
You will work within a specific neighborhood with the flexibility to support others as needed, ensuring every resident feels safe, secure, and dignified. Your role is vital to upholding the Mission, Vision, and values of Woodside Senior Communities, fostering an environment that respects resident rights and maintains strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA/HITECH regulations.
