About the Role
We are enrolling caregivers who want Indiana's highest caregiver pay, one big weekly check, and time & a half opportunities. Whether you are already caring for a family member or a client who is a Veteran, we will pay you to keep doing what you're already doing—up to $1,000/week. This role is designed for those who want flexible scheduling around their life and direct access to leadership. You will make a real difference every single day, providing companionship, assistance with daily living activities, and support for clients with dementia.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist with transferring and moving clients throughout their home

- check_circleAccompany clients on errands or medical appointments
- check_circleProvide bathing, showering, dressing, and shaving assistance
- check_circleAssist with prescribed range of motion exercises
- check_circlePerform housekeeping activities including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and laundry
- check_circleOffer companionship through reading, music, and puzzles
- check_circleAdminister medication reminders to clients
- check_circleProvide specialized dementia care services
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- verifiedAbility to lift/move up to 50 lbs
- verifiedValid driver's license and current auto insurance
- verifiedAbility to read, write, speak, and understand English
- verifiedMust pass a background check
- verifiedCNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred
