About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be the frontline of care, answering call lights, assisting residents with daily living activities like bathing and eating, and monitoring their dietary needs. You will work closely with the nursing team to report changes in resident conditions and ensure a safe, supportive environment. This role is designed for those who want to make a tangible difference in the lives of others while growing their own career.

We care about our CNAs and want to provide opportunities for them. We offer a "Nursing Tuition Reimbursement" program where you can receive up to $500 a month (pre-tax) to go to nursing school. No contract is required, but you must work part-time or full-time and finish your first 90 days with us to be eligible for this program.
Schedule & Flexibility
Our CNAs enjoy 8-hour shifts with options to fit your life. Day shifts run from 6 AM to 2 PM, swing shifts from 2 PM to 10 PM, and night shifts from 10 PM to 6 AM. Full-time CNAs work 5 days a week, part-time CNAs work 2-3 days a week, and PRN CNAs work on an as-needed/available schedule.
