This position serves as a critical bridge between engineering validation and customer success within the automotive sector. As a Validation Engineer, you will define comprehensive test strategies for automotive products, ensuring that every system adheres to rigorous industry standards such as IATF 16949, Automotive SPICE, and ISO 17025. The role is designed for a seasoned professional who thrives on identifying root causes, developing efficient testing tools, and managing complex vehicle simulation bench architectures.
You will act as a key representative during customer visits and project reviews, leveraging your deep understanding of VCU log analysis and diagnostic validation to resolve technical challenges. This is not just a testing role; it is a collaborative engineering position where you will work closely with hardware and software teams to implement effective solutions and ensure smooth project execution from concept to compliance.
Your work will involve a dynamic mix of technical analysis and strategic communication. You will spend significant time analyzing large datasets and test logs to validate embedded software components, executing both black-box and white-box testing strategies. When failures occur, you will lead the root cause analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement fixes.
A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to customer interaction. Whether conducting business trips to manufacturing sites or supporting HQ visits, you will ensure a positive and productive experience for our global clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our test bench equipment and managing sensitive data in compliance with strict confidentiality and safety policies.

A technical or engineering degree. Prior experience in an OEM or Tier 1 in the Automotive Industry environment. Bilingual in Korean and English.

Education: Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience; Technical or engineering degree strongly preferred.
