About the Role

This position is a vital part of our reconditioning operations, focused on keeping our inventory in top condition without the pressure of customer interactions. You will be responsible for performing basic vehicle repairs and maintenance, conducting emissions testing (where applicable), managing vehicle movement, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

In this role, you will serve as the technical backbone of our production line. You will perform repairs on inventory vehicles, communicate findings to management to minimize re-work and delays, and ensure all work is properly documented in our systems. The environment is designed for those who want to focus on the craft of automotive repair in a consistent, team-oriented setting.
