This position serves as the critical bridge between LG Display and its automotive customers, ensuring the successful delivery of complex programs from initial concept through series production. As the primary point of contact, you will own the full product lifecycle, managing program awards, supplier selection, development, and launch while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to meet strict timing, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.

You will facilitate clear communication between customers and internal engineering teams, resolving business and technical challenges with tailored solutions. Your day-to-day involves driving program execution, managing risks, and leading change management processes to ensure alignment with design, cost, and timing commitments. Technical or engineering degree. Experience coaching or developing project and/or program managers. Project Management certification. Prior experience in a Program manager or Design release engineer environment. Bilingual in Korean and English.

Education: Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience; Technical or engineering degree strongly preferred.
