The Billing Operations Analyst is a pivotal support role within our field service operations, dedicated to ensuring billing readiness and financial accuracy. This position acts as the bridge between field teams, operations, and billing departments to maintain the integrity of the billing lifecycle.
In this role, you will ensure that jobs are properly completed, authorized, cost-validated, and transitioned to "Ready-to-Bill" status. Your day-to-day involves collaborating closely with assigned markets to review job status, resolve discrepancies, and support critical month-end activities. You will manage open orders, validate cost postings, and assist with customer disputes, ensuring that every invoice is processed timely and accurately. This is a high-volume, process-driven environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail directly impact the company's financial operations.
