About the Role
This Project Manager serves as the lead for the Transmission Line Division, providing critical leadership for the execution of intermediate to complex projects. Based initially in the Granville office before relocating to Tampa, Florida, the role is designed to drive business development, manage field operations, and ensure the financial and safety integrity of assigned transmission line projects.
The position reports directly to the Division Manager of Transmission Line. As a key leader, you will cultivate relationships with both new and existing customers, oversee the bidding process, and manage the full lifecycle of projects from initiation to completion. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on management, including the selection and training of superintendents, the development of safety plans, and the proactive identification of project risks.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circlePrepare take-offs, solicit pricing, and complete bids for customer proposals

- check_circleReconcile revenue to expenses for each job on a monthly basis

Requirements
