The Valet Attendant is the face of our brand, responsible for safely and efficiently parking and retrieving guest vehicles while delivering a high level of customer service. This role requires prompt, courteous, and caring interactions with all guests, ensuring timely responses to their needs. You will work collaboratively with team members, the Operations Manager, and Shift Supervisors to ensure quality service, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.
As a professional brand ambassador, you will greet guests, assist with unloading and loading personal items, and act as a guide within the parking facility. The position involves navigating a fast-paced environment where you may be exposed to varying weather conditions, vehicle traffic, and noise. Success in this role requires the ability to move quickly between the valet stand and customer cars, often for the entire duration of the shift, while maintaining professionalism even when interacting with upset or frustrated customers.
This position is based at our Philadelphia location (1840 South St, Phila, PA 19146). The role operates Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and a good driving record. All applicants must successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
