Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide security escorts for construction activities on runways and terminals
- check_circleReport safety concerns and unusual circumstances verbally and in writing
- check_circleConduct vehicle inspections at perimeter access points and vulnerable entry areas
- check_circleControl access to restricted airport areas and verify authorized individuals
- check_circleMonitor and secure exit lanes from sterile areas to public zones
- check_circlePrepare detailed incident and occurrence reports for security or operational events
- check_circleScreen and log persons, vehicles, and belongings using x-ray machines and hand wands
- check_circleRespond to security incidents, emergencies, and safety breaches
- check_circleAssist passengers with inquiries and provide customer service support
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED
- verified2 years verifiable previous contract security, military or law enforcement experience
- verifiedAt least 21 years of age
- verifiedProof of ability to work in the United States
- verifiedPass a Security Threat Assessment (TSA)
- verifiedPass a Criminal History Record Check (TSA)
- verifiedMeet applicable state, county and municipal licensing and permit requirements
- verifiedProficiency in reading, writing and speaking English
Nice to Have
1 year of customer service experience, 2 years of security experience, a valid driver's license, and a Guard Card.
