As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. Your role is vital in ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
You will park and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner, assisting guests with luggage delivery and pick-up where applicable. Beyond vehicle management, you will be a helpful resource, assisting guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries about facility amenities or local attractions. You will also manage the financial aspects of the service, explaining parking rates, issuing claim checks, and collecting revenue accurately.
This position offers a consistent schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekends required. We offer competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, including an hourly base pay range and daily cash tips.
