About the Role
The Guest Service Associate is the face of our hospitality, responsible for providing exceptional service in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. You will be the first point of contact for guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely while assisting with luggage delivery and pick-up during arrivals and departures.
Your day will involve maintaining a professional demeanor, greeting guests warmly, and acting as a helpful guide by providing directions, information about local amenities, and assistance with reservations. You will also manage the operational side of the valet experience, explaining parking rates, handling transactions, and ensuring all vehicle documentation is accurate. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in turning a routine task into a memorable guest interaction.
Hiring Process
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation based on skills, experience, education, and location. For this position, the hourly base pay range is $15-$17 per hour, plus daily cash tips. Shift start times are flexible, available from 6 AM to 2 PM.
