About the Role

The Guest Service Associate is the face of our hospitality, responsible for providing exceptional service in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. This role is central to the guest experience, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.

In this position, you will park and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner, assisting with luggage delivery and pickup during arrival and departure. You will serve as a helpful guide, providing directions, information about local amenities, and assistance with reservations. Your friendly demeanor and professional conduct will be the first point of contact for many, setting the tone for their experience with us.

Hiring Process

Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education, training, and location. For this position, the hourly base pay range is $15-$17 per hour plus daily cash tips.

We offer flexible scheduling with shift start times available from 6 AM to 2 PM. While benefits such as accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine, and a 401k retirement savings plan are available for eligible employees, please note that seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for these benefits.
