The Guest Service Associate is the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. This role is vital to ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression, from the moment a guest arrives to when they depart.
In this position, you will park and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner, assist with luggage delivery and pickup, and serve as a helpful resource for directions, reservations, and local information. You will maintain a professional demeanor, greeting guests warmly and ensuring their needs are met with care. It is a dynamic role where you have the chance to interact with millions of patients, visitors, and guests, turning routine moments into memorable experiences.
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. The hourly base pay range for this position is $15-$17 per hour, plus daily cash tips. Actual compensation is based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education, training, and location.
The work schedule offers flexibility with shift start times available from 6 AM to 2 PM.
